MY STORY
I Built This Company For People LikeYou.
I’m a native Texan, UT grad, and I started in real estate when I was just 20 years old with zero connections. No family in the business. Just a willingness to work and a genuine desire to help people. I built my entire career by referral. No marketing budget or cold calling. Just doing right by people and letting the results speak for themselves. Over the years I worked at multiple mortgage companies. And I kept seeing the same problems everywhere: bloated overhead, management games, systems clogged with bad loans, and loan officers who didn’t really understand what they were doing. The borrower always paid the price. So I started my own company and asked myself one question:“If I came to myself for a mortgage, and I did not shop around, would I get a great rate every time and would it be easy? That became the standard.”
That question drives everything about how I run Mortgage Austin. I keep my overhead low. I don’t pay kickbacks to real estate agents. I focus on qualified borrowers with decent credit, stable income, and some money to work with. Instead of finding loopholes for people who don’t otherwise qualify, I help solid borrowers get a mortgage as efficiently and reliably as possible. The Result? You get one-on-one advice from someone who’s been doing this since 2012, AND rates that compete with anyone in the industry.
